Just in case you wanted to follow Senator John McCain on Twitter. It's been an interesting read today, as he highlights some especially entertaining areas of expenditure in our new economic stimulus bill. AY YI YI.

i just saw last night on john stewart that congress folk are twittering & it seems RIDICULOUS to me! i mean really - don't they have better things to do?!?! :)
Ha ha, well, I can't really disagree. I think a majority of them have their aides and assistants doing it for them. I'm pretty sure McCain does his own. Did you SEE some of those earmarks, though? Come on. Tattoo removal? COME ON.
I have heard of Twitter before but don't really follow it. so this is for real? This is some of the stuff we are paying for? this drives me insane. In 'Parenting' mag they had some thing where working families could get this big tax cut or something and you could go to the website and see if your family qulafies. So i did and they started out by telling me, that it will in no way effect my food stamps or welfare, and in some cases, we don't even HAVE to work to get the tax cuts. Needless to say, we dont' qualify. I told CHip and he was like, yeah that was McCain's whole thing, people are getting tax cuts... that don't pay taxes! Insanity.

It made me nauseous. I prefer to pretend this stuff is not going on.
