38 calendar days, 13 classroom days, 8 clinical days.
WOO HOO!
Time is ticking, and ticking, and ticking away. I can't wait! Tomorrow is the first day of the psych rotation... well, the first real day. We had orientation last week. I'm going to a place called the Four Seasons tomorrow. It's like a club for people with mental health diagnoses. Should be a good time.
Today one of the local hospital systems brought lunch in for us and gave us each a gift certificate to the mall. Last month they gave us movie passes. When we get hired we will get a Littman stethoscope. So many little gifts... I know they will stop as soon as my "GN" changes to an "RN." I heard today that 4 of our classmates in the class that graduated last May have passed their boards. I know 4 doesn't sound like a lot, but 4 for 4 is good. I haven't heard yet about anyone failing. Good sign, good sign.
Oh, to go to work and come home and do nothing. Mmmm...
